Do you think it makes people feel that way when you cite their work in a research paper or project? I love when people appreciate my work and give me the credit i seek. If i come up with a good idea and someone gives me the heads up i feel better about myself. I also feel as if i am needed. Great, and overwhelmed with joy i feel satisfied with that person and myself.
